We’re looking for an Installation Coordinator who will help us manage the deployment of Coretex solutions to customers through the coordination and scheduling of installation work, supporting the return materials repair process and managing the terms of work process with our installer network.
Reporting to our Customer Success Director, you will coordinate installations for Coretex’s ANZ customers, ensuring work is scheduled and performed according to timelines and quality standards agreed. You will provide a high level of support and act as the key point of contact for our customers. You will manage sub-contractor installer network and the installation process and will liaise with installers and customers to manage execution of service work.
