The opportunity:

Our Channel Operations Success Manager will play a key role in developing our business by supporting our channel partners in North America. Our goals are challenging - but so are you, and your charisma and solutions focused approach means you thrive on them.

Here are some of the ways you will make an impact:

  • Supporting the internal processes of our Channel Sales team, leading where necessary to advance sales and close customer prospects.
  • Providing strategic thinking around marketing, sales, channels, and how we can improve our practices.
  • Managing and deploying the right internal resources at the right time to drive deals to closure.
  • Manage resources supporting the region.
  • Provide continuous support with requests and queries to optimize the effectiveness of our partnerships and programmes.


About you:

  • You'll have strong previous experience in B2B sales within the IoT or SaaS sectors.
  • Naturally, previous experience in fleet management or telematics would be advantageous.
  • You'll have proven success in exceeding quote selling within large market areas.
  • You'll have a passion for fantastic customer service.
  • You'll have exceptional prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
  • You'll enjoy working collaboratively and communicating constructively with your internal colleagues and external contacts.
  • Ideally, you'll have a  relevant BA degree or equivalent years’ experience.
  • You'll be able to travel as needed.
  • You'll be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States without support; sponsorship is not available.
